Clădirile anexe ale palatului Marghiloman

CLĂDIRILE ANEXE ALE PALATULUI MARGHILOMAN(1843 – 1924) Clădirile anexe fac parte integrantă din Ansamblul Palatului Marghiloman. La 19 ianuarie 1938, un proces-verbal de constatare cu situaţia imobilelor puse sub sechestru, menţiona existenţa următoarelor construcţii, în afara vilei principale (Palatul Marghiloman): Vila musafirilor cu parter şi etaj, Casa administraţiei cu cinci camere şi o remiză, Casa pentru şofer şi alţi salariaţi cu şase camere, Locuinţa antrenorului cu 3 camere, Casa grădinarului cu 3 camere, Spălătoria cu 5 camere la parter şi un etaj, sală spălătorie, alte două clădiri pentru locuinţe şi garaje, o magazie de fân, seră, gheţărie, la care se adăugau: arbori şi pomi de diferite specii, gardul de piatră care despărţea grădinile şi heleşteul în suprafaţă de 10.000 mp. Clădirile anexe la Conacul Marghiloman sunt incluse pe Lista Monumentelor Istorice.(BZ-II-m-B- 02347.02).

ANNEX BUILDINGS OF MARGHILOMAN PALACE The annex buildings are an integral part of the Marghiloman Palace Ensemble. On 19th January 1938, a report on the status of the seized buildings mentioned the existence of the following buildings, outside the main villa (Marghiloman Palace): Guest Villa with ground floor and first floor, Administration House with five rooms and a garage, Driver’s House and other employees with six rooms, Coach’s house with 3 rooms, Gardener’s house with 3 rooms, Laundry room with 5 rooms on the ground floor and one floor, laundry room, two other buildings for housing and garages, a hay shed, greenhouse, ice house, at which were added: trees of different species, the stone fence that separated the gardens and the pond with an area of10,000 sq. m.. The annex buildings of Marghiloman Mansion are included on the List of Historical Monuments. (BZ-II-m-B- 02347.02).

BATIMENTS ANNEXES DU PALAIS MARGHILOMAN Les bâtiments annexes font partie intégrante de l'Ensemble du Palais Marghiloman. Le 19 janvier 1938, un rapport sur l'état des bâtiments saisis mentionne l'existence des bâtiments suivants, à l'extérieur de la villa principale (Palais Marghiloman): Villa d'invités avec rez-de-chaussée et premier étage, Maison administrative avec cinq pièces et un bâtiment du service, Maison du Chauffeur et autres employés avec six pièces, Logement de l’entraineur avec 3 pièces, Maison du Jardinier avec 3 pièces, Buanderie avec 5 pièces au rez-de-chaussée et un étage, buanderie, deux autres bâtiments pour logements et garages, un hangar à foin, serre, glacière, à laquelle on ajoute: des arbres et arbustes de différentes essences, la clôture en pierre qui séparait les jardins et l’étang 10.000 m². Les bâtiments attenants au Manoir Marghiloman sont inscrits sur la liste des Monuments Historiques (BZ-II-m-B-02347.02).
