PARCUL MARGHILOMAN PROIECTARE ARHITECTUL FRANCEZ PAUL GOTTEREAU (1843 – 1924) COORDONARE ARHITECT VICTOR GERABEK Odată cu edificarea Vilei Albatros, clădire masivă cu etaj construită în stil franţuzesc, denumită şi Palatul Marghiloman, inaugurată în anul 1896, a fost amenajat şi parcul de pe domeniul familiei Marghiloman, după planurile arhitectului francez Paul Gottereau. Lucrările s-au desfăşurat sub coordonarea lui Victor GERABEK, la acea dată arhitectul oraşului Buzău. Parcul a fost realizat după modelul celor englezeşti. Un document din 1932 despre Vila Albatros atestă că parcul avea 45 de pogoane, iar prin contract se aproba dreptul de trecere a apei ce merge din Iazul Morilor, prin proprietatea Vilei Albatros, apa fiind folosită pentru udatul grădinilor de zarzavat. Parcul dendrologic dispunea de preţioase specii de pomi, arbuşti şi flori, fiind dispus pe esplanade şi peluze, avea o cruce a Palatului Marghiloman şi următoarele construcţii: a) vila I (parter, etaj şi mansardă învelită cu ardezie şi zinc la dolii) cu 16 camere – opt camere de zi, bucătărie, vestibul, coridor, hol şi toaletă la parter; 15 camere, trei toalete şi coridor la etaj; camere pentru servitori, la mansardă; subsol şi pivniţă cu mai multe hrube. Pereţii erau tapisaţi cu cretonă şi mătase, pe jos era parchet; b) vila II, pentru musafiri şi jokey (parter şi etaj); şase camere şi două antreuri la parter şi şapte camere, două antreuri şi două toalete la etaj; c) casa administraţiei (cinci camere şi o remiză); d) casa pentru şofer şi alţi salariaţi (şase camere); e) locuinţa antrenorului (trei camere); f) Herghelia din spate: şase grajduri cu boxe pentru caii de curse; – grajd din zid pentru patru cai; un al doilea grajd tot din zid, cu 15 boxe pe fiecare latură şi al treilea cu cinci boxe; o remiză pentru trăsuri, o magazie pentru orz şi cuptorul spălătoriei; alte trei pavilioane grajduri fiind din piatră cioplită, învelite cu tablă de zinc, cu pavaj din bazalt, cu boxe separate pentru cai pe ambele laturi; apă curentă şi iluminat electric; g) construcţia pentru uzină (instalaţii); h) casa grădinarului (trei camere); i) spălătoria (parter cinci camere şi etaj – sală spălătorie); j) alte două clădiri (locuinţe şi garaje); k) magazia de fân; l) sera (fără acoperiş); m) gheţăria; n) arbori şi pomi (diferite specii), grădinile fiind despărţite printr-un zid de piatră; o) la grădina de copaci – eleşteul; O parte a terenului era împrejmuit din piatră. La Herghelia veche erau: a) locuinţa antrenorului (cinci camere şi antreu); b) o clădire din zid cu trei camere, un coteţ de păsări; c) în fundul parcului spre strada Sfântul Nicolae: locuinţă mecanic (trei camere), grajd pentru doi cai, orzăria, casă pentru servitori (cinci camere), fânăria; d) la intrarea de la stăvilar, construcţie pentru personal, din zid; e) la intrarea în parc: locuinţă florar (cinci camere, antreu şi subsol), spălătoria (parter şi etaj, patru camere); f) magazia de scule pentru florar, camera pentru struguri şi grajdul de vaci; crescătoria de raţe (trei camere); g) clădire din piatră pentru animale sălbatice; atelierul mecanic şi fierăria; clădire din piatră cioplită (trei camere); uzină electrică cu sală acumulatori şi staţia de pompe; magazia de combustibili; h) seră din zid şi sera mică; i) şarpantă din fier, numită umbrar; j) cinci bănci din piatră; k) canalizare generală subterană la grajduri şi locuinţe străbătând parcul; l) şoşelele din parc – aleile, sistem Mac Adam; m) grădină pomi fructiferi cu canalizare pentru grădină de zarzavat, n) locuinţa grădinarului, cu subsol; grajdul de vaci, sera de răsaduri – 380 pomi fructiferi. Parcul a fost reamenajat în anii 90, podul de acces peste lac fiind construit de către Întreprinderea de Proiectare şi Construcţie a Instrumentelor de Cale – Căi Ferate. Conform Hotărârii Consiliului Local Municipal din data de septembrie 2018, la iniţiativa primarului Constantin Toma, au fost realizate proiecte de reabilitare a unora dintre aceste clădiri.

The dendrological park had precious species of trees, shrubs and flowers, being laid out on esplanades and lawns, it had a cross of the Marghiloman Palace and the following buildings: a) villa I (ground floor, first floor and attic covered with slate and zinc at valleys) with 16 rooms – eight living rooms, kitchen, vestibule, corridor, hall and toilet on the ground floor; 15 rooms, three toilets and corridor upstairs; rooms for servants, in the attic; basement and cellar with several underground galleries. The walls were upholstered with cretonne and silk, parquet on the floor; b) villa II, for guests and jokey (ground floor and first floor); six rooms and two entrances on the ground floor and seven rooms, two entrances and two toilets on the first floor; c) the administration house (five rooms and a draw); d) the house for the driver and other employees (six rooms); e) the coach’s residence (three rooms); f) Rear stud: six stables with stalls for racing horses; – wall stable for four horses; a second stable also made of the wall, with 15 stalls on each side and the third with five stalls; a draw for carriages, a warehouse for barley and the furnace of the laundry; three other pavilions stables being of carved stone, covered with zinc sheet, with basalt paving, with separate stalls for horses on both sides; running water and electric lighting; g) construction for the factory (installations); h) gardener’s house (three rooms); i) laundry (ground floor five rooms and first floor – laundry room); j) two other buildings (residential and garages); k) hay shed; l) greenhouse (without roof); m) ice house; n) trees and shafts (various species), the gardens being separated by a stone wall; o) in the garden of trees – pond; Part of the land was fenced in stone. At the old Stud Farm there were: a) the trainer’s residence (five rooms and a hall); b) a wall building with three rooms, a hen house; c) at the bottom of the park towards Sfântul Nicolae street: mechanic’s house (three rooms), stable for two horses, barley field, house for servants (five rooms), hayloft; d) at the entrance from the dam, construction for personnel, from wall; e) at the entrance to the park: florist’s house (five rooms, hall and basement), laundry room (ground floor and first floor, four rooms); f) florist’s tool shed, the grape room and the cow stable; the duck farm (three rooms); g) stone building for wild animals; mechanical workshop and smithy; hewn stone building (three rooms); power plant with storage room and pump station; fuel store; h) wall greenhouse and small greenhouse; i) iron roof structure, called shade; j) five stone benches; k) general underground sewerage at stables and houses crossing the park; l) roads in the park – the alleys, Mac Adam system; m) fruit tree garden with drainage for vegetable garden, n) gardener’s house, with basement; cowshed, seedling greenhouse – 380 fruit trees. The park was redeveloped in the 90s, the access bridge over the lake being built by Design and Construction Company of Railways – Road Instruments. According to the Decision of the Local Municipal Council dated September 2018, at the initiative of the mayor Constantin Toma, rehabilitation projects of some of these buildings were carried out.

PARC MARGHILOMAN CONCEPTION ARCHITECTE FRANÇAIS PAUL GOTTEREAU ARCHITECTE DE COORDINATION VICTOR GERABEK Parallèlement à la construction de la Villa Albatros, un bâtiment massif d'un étage construit dans le style français, également appelé Palatul Marghiloman, inauguré en 1896, le parc du domaine de la famille Marghiloman a également été aménagé, selon les plans de l'architecte français Paul Gottereau (1843 – 1924). Les travaux ont été réalisés sous la coordination de Victor Gherabec, alors architecte de la ville de Buzău. Le parc a été construit selon le modèle anglais. Un document de 1932 sur Vila Albatros, certifie que le parc avait 45 hectares et le contrat approuvait le droit de passage de l'eau qui va du Iazul Morilor, à travers ma propriété, Vila Albatros, l'eau étant utilisée pour arroser les jardins potagers. Le parc dendrologique possédait de précieuses espèces d'arbres, d'arbustes et de fleurs, étant aménagé sur des esplanades et des pelouses, il avait une croix du Palais Marghiloman et les bâtiments suivants: villa I (rez-de-chaussée, premier étage et grenier recouvert d'ardoises et zinc aux noues) avec 16 pièces - huit salons, cuisine, vestibule, couloir, hall et toilettes au rez-de-chaussée; 15 chambres, trois toilettes et couloir à l'étage; chambres pour domestiques, dans le grenier; sous-sol et cave avec plusieurs caves. Les murs étaient tapissés de cretonne et de soie, le sol était en parquet ; la villa II, pour les invités et le jokey (rez-de-chaussée et premier étage); six pièces et deux entrées au rez-de-chaussée et sept pièces, deux entrées et deux toilettes au premier étage; la maison de l'administration (cinq pièces et une remise); la maison du chauffeur et des autres employés (six pièces); le logement de l’entraineur (trois pièces); Haras arrière: six écuries avec boxes pour chevaux de course; - écurie murale pour quatre chevaux; une deuxième écurie également faite du mur, avec 15 stalles de chaque côté et la troisième avec cinq stalles; une remise pour les calèches, un entrepôt pour l'orge et le four de la blanchisserie; trois autres pavillons, écuries en pierre taillée, recouvertes de tôle de zinc, avec dallage en basalte, avec boxes séparés pour les chevaux des deux côtés; eau courante et éclairage électrique; construction pour l'usine (installations); maison du jardinier (trois pièces); buanderie (rez-de-chaussée cinq pièces et premier étage - buanderie); deux autres bâtiments (résidentiel et garages); hangar à foin; serre (sans toit); glacière; arbres (diverses espèces), les jardins étant séparés par un mur de pierre ; dans le jardin des arbres - l'étang; Une partie du terrain était clôturée en pierre. Dans les anciennes Haras, il y avait: la résidence de l'entraîneur (cinq pièces et une salle); un bâtiment de mur avec trois pièces, un poulailler; au fond du parc vers la rue Sfântul Nicolae: maison du mécanicien (trois pièces), écurie pour deux chevaux, maison de l'orge, maison des domestiques (cinq pièces), grenier à foin; à l'entrée du barrage, construction pour le personnel, du mur; à l'entrée du parc: la maison du fleuriste (cinq pièces, hall et sous-sol), la buanderie (rez-de-chaussée et premier étage, quatre pièces); la remise à outils du fleuriste, la salle des raisins et l'étable à vaches; l'élevage de canards (trois chambres); bâtiment en pierre pour animaux sauvages; atelier mécanique et atelier de forge; bâtiment en pierre de taille (trois pièces); usine électrique avec local de stockage et station de pompage; magasin de carburant; serre murale et petite serre; charpente en fer, appelé abri; cinq bancs de pierre; égouts souterrains généraux aux écuries et maisons traversant le parc; les routes du parc - les allées, système Mac Adam; jardin d'arbres fruitiers avec drainage pour potager, maison de jardinier, avec sous-sol; étable de vaches, serre à semis - 380 arbres fruitiers. Le parc a été réaménagé dans les années 90, le pont d'accès sur le lac étant construit par l’Entreprise de Conception et de Construction d'Instruments Routiers - Ferroviaires. Selon la Décision du Conseil Municipal Local en date de septembre 2018, à l'initiative du maire Constantin Toma, des projets de réhabilitation de certains de ces bâtiments ont été réalisés.
