Femeie – Pavel Bucur

„FEMEIE” Pavel Bucur s-a născut la 1 noiembrie 1945, la Bistriţa şi a decedat în 2016, la Bucureşti. Între 1965-1971 a urmat cursurile Institutului de Arte Plastice din Bucureşti, la clasa profesorului Ion Lucian Murnu. A luat parte la sesiunile Taberei de sculptură de la Măgura, Buzău. Tema zborului a rămas una dintre constantele producţiei sale artistice, cu seria de lucrări „Înaripate”, „Victorii” şi „Icar”. A participat la numeroase expoziţii în ţară şi în străinătate (Italia, Franţa, Germania, Elveţia, Olanda, Polonia, Austria etc.). Statuia „Femeie” a fost executată în 1971.

„WOMAN” Pavel Bucur was born on 1st November 1945 in Bistrița and died in 2016 in Bucharest. Between 1965 and 1971 he attended the Institute of Fine Arts of Bucharest, at the class of Professor Ion Lucian Murnu. He took part in the sessions of the Sculpture Camp of Măgura, Buzău. The theme of flight remained one of the constants of his artistic production, with the series of works „Winged”, „Victories” and „Icarus”. He has participated in numerous exhibitions at home and abroad (Italy, France, Germany, Switzerland, Holland, Poland, Austria, etc.). The „Woman” statue was executed in 1971.

Entre 1965 et 1971, il fréquente l’Institut des Beaux-Arts de Bucarest, dans la classe du professeur Ion Lucian Murnu. Il a participé aux sessions du Camp de Sculpture à Măgura, Buzău. Le thème du vol reste l’une des constantes de sa production artistique, avec les séries d’œuvres „Ailées”, „Victoires” et „Icare”. Il a participé à de nombreuses expositions dans son pays et à l’étranger (Italie, France, Allemagne, Suisse, Pays-Bas, Pologne, Autriche, etc.). La statue de la „Femme” a été exécutée en 1971.
